Objectives
This curricular unit aims to address the fundamentals of Confocal Microscopy, its equipment and their applications providing concrete examples.
It is intended that the trainees acquire knowledge on microscopy, and become able to describe specific experiments, image acquisition, and to validate and to interpret results from images obtained by confocal microscopy.
