Objectives
It is intended that doctoral students:
- Become familiar with techniques and assays currently available in this area;
- Understand the basic functioning of a flow cytometer;
- Gain knowledge to build and validate assays involving Flow Cytometry;
- Acquire the necessary tools for the assembly of analysis strategies adequate for the tests performed;
- Deepen their knowledge on Flow Cytometry based Immunoassays, gaining critical spirit for their use in resolving specific clinical problems.
