Objectives

a) Enable students to understand the constitution of the field of media in the context of modern
experience;
b) Enable students to understand the specific nature of the field of media and its problematic
relationship with other social fields;
c) Acquire analytical tools that lead students to recognize the specificity of the discourse of the
media, as well as the marks of the speeches of other social fields as reflected in media discourse.

Exposition of main contents based on prior readings; Discussion of critical issues.
Writing of individual papers.
Theoretical 60%, practice 40%.

Evaluation method

Presentation in class and in writing of their individual work.

Courses
