Objectives
1. Know the genesis and the contemporary configuration of televisual journalistic genres.
2. Identify the specifity of televisual journalism in the newsrooms.
3. Master the content and the form of televisual journalism, concerning the televisual narrative, the handling of image, and their mutual articulation.
4. Understand the specifities of the interview in television.
5. Understand the specifities of TV reporting as a genre, as well as the differences between documentary and reporting.
6. Be aware of the need for a journalistic attitude when in the field and the modalities of interaction between the journalist and the image reporter.
7. Have esthetical and technical know-how concerning image edition.
8. Understand and master the specificity of live journalism.
