Objectives

a) To develop skills in library system management, in organizational context or in specialized centers oriented towards capture, treatment and diffusion of libraries services.
b) To understand the library and organizational environment and the challenges in the knowledge society.
c) To promote a vision of libraries and organizations oriented towards change and continuous improvement of clients satisfaction of needs and towards quality management.

Teaching method

Expositive, participative and experimental methods.

Evaluation method

The assessment is based on a group practical work centered on the creation of a quality charter of a library tipology (40%), and a written test (40%). There is a valorization of student qualitative attributes in the process of teaching/learning as active participation and interest (10%).
