Objectives

1 – To develop the capacity of conceptualizing a World Order
2 – Analyse the different World Orders, specially , after the II World War and the Cold War period
3 – The new international actors specially in the framework of International Terrorism
4 – The practice of Diplomacy in a world that is looking for a new World Order
5 – The 3 main instruments of Diplomacy: Representation (Public Diplomacy) Negotiation and Intelligence
6 – Main structures of modern diplomatic services. Three European Countries and Portugal
