Objectives
a) To think about the construction of citizenship in complex societies;
b) Capacitate the students to critically analyse integration policies;
c) Capacitate the students to support increasingly diverse HR management, in public and private institutions,
d) Capacitate the students to formulate innovative and interesting proposals for the design of population monitoring devices;
e) Enable students to do research in a semi-autonomous way.

Teaching method
Theoretical exposition lessons and practical sessions. The latter ones will consist in students´ presentation and discussion of their projected essay or research plan.
Evaluation method
Continuous assessment of participation in presentations and class discussions (25%), presentation and class discussion of the draft essay or research plan (25%), essay or plan (50%).

Frequency Rating: CF 0.25+0.25xAPxTPOxTPE+0.50 (rounded to the nearest unit).
