Objectives
The main learning outcomes of the curricular unit are: knowledge of theoretical and conceptual framework, quality of the learning contexts for those who have special needs and promoting quality research in special Educational Needs.
Students should:
a) be able to understand and discuss the main issues regarding special educational needs;
b) be aquainted with a theoretical framework and its development in the last decades concerning concepts and attitudes towards educational and difference;
c) acquire skills to critically analyse, evaluate and develop research within special educational needs.
