Objectives
Preparing PhD students for the accomplishment of a research project through the theoretical and methodological development of a PhD thesis in International Relations, as well as for its presentation in public exams.
Prerequisites
Successful completion of a Doctoral Course (60 ECTS).

Teaching method
The progress of research leading to the thesis consists of theoretical and empirical work, individual research, based on data collection, individual guidance from the supervisor, discussions
in seminars, participation in conferences and other scientific events, and collaboration or integration into research projects from the research units associated with the course. At the end of
each academic year, the PhD candidate must submit a progress report to the supervisor.
Evaluation method
As required by regulation, the final version of the PhD thesis will be evaluated and discussed in a
public examination by a jury.
