From Local Agenda 21 to Neighborhood Plans. Planning for the sustainability of neighborhoods in Portugal. The cases of "Plans Barrio" in Madrid, Coruña and Barcelona. Reference to other Neighborhood Plans in other EU countries. Launch of Assignment Nr. 7. Groups of 2 students select a "Plan de Barrio" of Madrid. |
