Objectives
The course consists on the implementations of practical work on the areas where the lecturers of the Telecommunication Sector develop their research work (sensor networks, web applications, software defined radio, smartphone applications, routing, network planning, network configuration, etc.).
Prerequisites
The students do not need to have a previous background in this field.
Subject matter
Configuration of network equipment (routing);
Data gathering in wireless sensor networks;
Network and communication systems simulation;
Development of applications for mobile devices (smartphones).
