Objectives
The curricular unit objective is to provide the students’ opportunity to know the advanced subjects of the scientific area. Still it allows to be aware of the principles and reference models that are trying to answer to current technological and scientific`s challenges, in a global market´s framework.

Scientific and technological papers and reference works in the scientific area or related ones of the UC subjects.
Teaching method
Theoretical-practical sessions, supported by datashow, of aplications and case studies.
Evaluation method
The assessment is constituted by an individual work, its oral presentation and discussion. The curricular unit approval requires a minimum classification of 9.5 values (out of 20 values).
