Objectives
This course aims to discussion, questioning, realization and didactical experimentation in some topics of the programs of Basic and Secondary Education, as well as in all aspects of the educational intervention. It is intended specifically to provide moments of preparation, implementation and reflection on teaching practice in the induction of internship work. Students will deepen the mathematical concepts that compose the curriculum, discussing them from a theoretical standpoint, implementing methods and strategies for teaching them and experimenting and testing the results in terms of learning. It is hoped that future teachers, based on a posture of researchers, to develop an approach of mathematical contents diversifying the methods and teaching strategies. From a methodology of action research, we intend to continue the development of the research work already begun in the 1st semester, culminating in Internship Report.

Teaching method
Theoretical classes on the topics of of the course contents. The students, organized in groups, will make a presentation on the various topics proposed.
Theoretical /practical classes to construct and to explore mathematical models considered by the teacher and developed with the contribution of the pupils.
Practical classes for construction and exploration of mathematical models by the students. Presentation and discussion of the works carried out by the pupils.
Evaluation method
The assessment will be continuous and have for base:
The participation of the students in the work of the class,
The presentation and discussion of the chosen topics,
The elaboration of a report about the presented topics,
The development and presentation of possible tasks of modelling to use in the classroom,
The accomplishment of an individual work on the subject "the modelling in the teaching and the learning of the mathematics".
Accomplishment of a test of quantitative evaluation.
Working students and the remaining pupils in special cases and duly justified, will be able to opt to substituting the participation in the work of the lesson for a final examination.
