Evaluation method
Rules for student evaluation
The assessment has the following components:
IT: An Individual Test (2 hours). It will be graded on a 0 - 20 scale and contributes with 25% to the final grade.
PW-SR: A Practical team-Work Subject Registration. A written report presenting and describing the problem, the approach the architecture and the thecnologies. It will be graded on a scale 0 - 20 scale. Contributes with 20 % to the final grade.
PW: Final report on the Practical team-Work. A written report presenting and describing the problem, the developed solution. It will be graded on a scale 0 - 20 scale
Contributes with 25 % to the final grade.
OE: An Oral Examination for each team of 2 students (max of 90 minutes). Presentation; Demonstration. It will be graded on a 0 - 20 scale. Contributes with 30 % to the final grade. Each student gets an individual grade.
To get the right to access to the OE (obter frequência), the student must satisfy the following conditions:
- IT ≥ 5;
- PW ≥ 10;
The final grade is calculated according to:
0.25 x IT + 0.2 * PW-SR + 0.25 x PW + 0.30 x OE.
