To prepare a research work that leads to the Thesis work plan proposal.

Scientific papers and reference works in the scientific area of the scientific subject and related ones.
Teaching method
The learning methodologies include individual students` sessions with the work supervisor, to define the strategies for research and development of the preparation work for the thesis project. It can also include the attendance to specific seminaries. The students’ work is done mainly in autonomy.
Evaluation method
The assessment is constituted by the elaboration, presentation and discussion of the preparation work for the thesis project. The curricular unit approval requires a minimum classification of 9.5 values (out of 20 values).
