Introduction to legal language.Knowledge of Portuguese and European Laws and of specific statutes relating to cultural heritage and to the preserver-restorer career

2. Notions about Portuguese Constitutional Organization.

4. Law fields.
5. The cultural heritage law.
6. Portuguese statutory laws evolution.
7. The meaning of cultural property.
8. Base Law of Portuguese Cultural Heritage.
9. Regime of cultural real property.
10. Regime of cultural personal property.
11. Procedures of classification and inventorying.
12. The Cultural Heritage Public Administration.
13. Rights and duties of individuals.
14. Legal Instruments of protection and valorisation of cultural heritage.
Teaching method
It is rather difficult to teach a special juridical discipline to non-jurists.In order to catch the student’s attention we have decided to adopt the method to transcribe lessons, revised by the instructor and distributed afterwards.The suite and permanent evaluation system, by mean of directed works assure a very good rate of school success.
