Objectives
Apply the knowledge obtained in Science and Technology of Glass I, as well as in the Glass Studio I, to conduct a small research project that may involve among others the characterization of glasses using appropriate analytical techniques, the study of degradation processes or the study of innovative techniques of artistic production or used in the past.
Subject matter
This course works by developing a research project in any related science and glass technology topic.

Evaluation method
The Project is developed in a tutorial system. Most of the class time is taken up with development of the projects where students apply their knowledge on glass science and discuss and explore solutions.
The evaluation is made by delivery of a written report and oral presentation discussed by the supervisor and by a jury.
NF = 50 % Nsupervisor + 50 % NJúri.
