Objectives
Introduction to the law of persons. Study of the main aspects of the regulation of physical or natural persons as subjects of law. Understanding of the idea of legal personality and study of the regulation of the main types of civil legal persons. Introduction to family law, with an emphasis on subject matters that are transversally relevant to the various areas of the law.

Teaching method
Lectures will be based on dialogue. Seminars will focus on the resolution of exercises and on the analysis of recent case law. Students will prepare them in advance.
Evaluation method
Evaluation will consist of a final 3 hour exam. The final grade will correspond to the final exam grade, weighting tests and the work done throughout the semester.
