Objectives
The aim of Administrative Procedure Law subject is that the students:
a) Learn and understand the principles, rules and organisational model of Portuguese administrative justice;
b) Acquire skills to enable them to manoeuvre in the maze of the administrative judicial structure;
c) They be able to use the existing procedural remedies in order to effectively protect citizens’ rights and interests.
