Objectives
In a time full of new technologies, the lawyer no longer faces the difficulties of the past in their task of searching the elements essential to his work. However, the dimensions of work remain. A first look at the normative sources, a second, the critical legal, practical and theoretical, and finally the documentary research.
And if the old difficulties are overcome viewed, it becomes forcible, however, dealing with new ones. It is intended to provide students with the knowledge necessary to a research as exhaustive as possible that allows them to face, with confidence, the approach to its "legal case".
Subject matter
The legal information as a fundamental right. The legal documentation. The steps of a research. New technologies and legal documentation. The legislation online. The legislative procedure online. The databases of case law. The law libraries. The sites on the Internet. Blogging. The threat of plagiarism.

Teaching method
The lecture is backed by the recourse to a computer, which will allow the appropriate paths for each research to be followed. It is also sought to provide the students with the particular rules of each database to be consulted. The lectures will thus be conferred a significant practical component.
Practical exercises are carried out.
The evaluation results in a final examination.
