Laurinda Alves, journalist, columnist in Publico newspaper during 12 years and more recently daily columnist in "i" newspaper. Interviewer, TV host, blogger, radio analyst, author of 6 chronicle and short-story books published in the last 10 years, curator and manager of Dialogue Cafe, a United Nations/Civilizations Alliance - Cisco - Fundação Gulbenkian project. She created XIS Magazine and was it´s director during 8 years. She went to INSEAD, Fontainebleau, to ISEP (Social Entrepreneurship course) in 2009. Speaker and conferencist since 1990, she teaches how to communicate in schools, universities and enterprises. She was a non-elected candidate to the European Parliament in the last elections of June, 2009. She has been a volunteer in a palliative care unit since September, 2007. She is member of a social entrepreneur net.
