Objectives

1.    To develop essential knowledge on the characteristics and effectiveness of the different types of mental health services, programmes and interventions on the levels of prevention/promotion, treatment and rehabilitation.

2.    To develop knowledge and skills to critically analyse the research contributions on the effectiveness of mental health services, programmes and interventions.

- Integrated programmes for people with severe mental disorders

- Integrated programmes for the treatment of depression

- Integrated programmes for dementia

- Mental health programmes and interventions in emergencies settings

- Mental health programmes and interventions for alcohol and drug abuse and dependence.
