GENERAL OBJECTIVE
|
The contemporary state is built based on Rights, Freedoms and Guarantees, constitutionally recognized. It is essential to address the issue of social protection, in order to understand the dynamics of the social legal system. But on a multiple context of Social Rights, Social Security assumes prominence and importance. This course aims to be a tool in the education of the student, allowing the comprehensive and systematic knowledge of the Social Security System. The approach is performed either in a contextualized perspective - through the thematic of Social Rights and Social Public Policy - whether on an internal perspective - through the comprehensive analysis of the Social Security System. However, in order to understand the overall functioning of the social system, it is essential also to address the issue through the prism of the relationship of the Social Security System with other social actors, mainly with the social economy organizations. That may help to demonstrate how the public intervention is also built upon cooperation and partnerships.
