Objectivos
O seminário tem como objetivo o estudo aprofundado do quadro normativo e institucional referente às diferentes dimensões da segurança europeia e respetivas ameaças. O programa incide na análise do processo evolutivo e na avaliação do Tratado de Lisboa e desenvolvimentos pós-tratado, promovendo uma reflexão crítica sobre os desafios jurídico-securitários e perspetivas de evolução.
The seminar aims to deepen the study of the legal and institutional framework regarding the different dimensions of European security and existing threats. The programme focuses on the analysis of the evolutionary process as well as on the evaluation of the Treaty of Lisbon and post-treaty developments, promoting a critical reflection on the legal and security challenges and perspectives of evolution.
