Objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
• Understand the critical role of a digital enterprise solution to achieve Operational Excellence and Competitive Advantage.
• How to extract value of core enterprise applications such as ERM (Enterprise Resource Management), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), SCM (Supply Chain Management), HRM (Human Resource Management), BI&A (Business Intelligence and Analytics), Data management and Platforms.
• How to enable digital business transformation with above components to move from a system of records, to a system of differentiation, to a system of innovation.

Teaching method
• Theoretical classes complemented with practical applications;
• Individual and team works;
• Practical case studies.
Evaluation method
• Presentations of three applied cases (each one graded at 15%, in a total of 45%) and final test (graded at 55%). Grades apply in a scale from 0 to 20 points.
• Approval in final test is obtained for a grade equal or superior to 9,5 points.
