Objectives
a) To improve and master the theoretical framework and key concepts about Translation Studies.
b) To acquire and improve critical skills to discuss different translation projects in an interdisciplinary way.
c) To develop a critical awareness of the possibilities of elaborating research projects in the area of translation studies.

For students in the final year.

Teaching method
The teaching methodology is mainly reflexive and oriented towards the issues which make up the contents of the seminar. The students will be supervised (individually or in small groups) during the writing of the final research paper.

Evaluation method
Assessment will focus on three main elements: 1) participation in the analysis and discussion of texts and tasks (15%); 2) written presentation of a short research paper, individual or in small groups (50%); 3) presentation and discussion of the written paper (35%).
