Objectives
a) Understand the foundational role of Asia in the formation of the major contemporary religions.
b) Understand the specificity of religious thought developed by the major Asian civilizations.
c) Be aware of the many similarities that mark in its origins, the major Asian religions.
d) Knowing the specialized literature and historiographical issues of greater importance in the context of the period and the
subject of study.
e) Develop the ability of oral and written results of the research, from original documentation, making it a critical
perspective.
f) Acquire skills that enable the student to a further in-depth studies of ancient Asia.
