Objectives
It is intended that the student will:
1. Acquire linguistic, methodological and cultural skills, allowing students to develop their academic
performance or start a professional career in this field.
2. Formulate relevant research problems, test methods and develop hypotheses, be able to synthesize existing
knowledge in such scientific field.
3. Learn how to organise ideas and present results in a clear and proper way.
Prerequisites
The student can only enroll in the dissertation, project or internship of the second cycle, after having enrolled and satisfactorily completed all curricular units from study plan (60 ECTS).
Subject matter
A master thesis is the result of a substantial and profound research, which deepens the work developed in the
classroom and must be prepared under the scientific guidance of a teacher approved by the Faculty Scientific
Council.

Teaching method
Periodic meetings between the student and the dissertation supervisor using a mix method of complementary on-site and online teaching (e-learning and b-learning).
Evaluation method
Thesis will be evaluated in public defense before a jury, according to the study cycle rules.
