Objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
-Understand the critical role of a digital enterprise solution to achieve Operational Excellence and Competitive Advantage.
-How to extract value of core enterprise applications such as ERM (Enterprise Resource Management), SCM (Supply Chain Management), HCM (Human Capital Management), BI&A (Business Intelligence & Analytics), D&T (Data management, Platforms & Technology).
-How to enable digital business transformation with above components to move from a system of records, to a system of differentiation, to a system of innovation.

-Theoretical classes complemented with practical applications;
-Individual and team works;
-Case studies.
Evaluation method
- Performed three applied cases (each one graded at 15%, in a total of 45%) and final test (graded at 55%). Grades apply in a scale from 0 to 20 points.
