Objectives
Quality Management is both a practical and theoretical framed to provide the student with the most updated discussion of the importance of Quality to Innovation, HRM , supply chain manage and internationalization.
It focus on the strategic formulation of quality as part of the overall strategy of the firm and highlights Quality prevention and client focus as the main means to achieve sustainable competitiveness.

Teaching method
Following the Course Structure (section 3), for each topic (or combination of them) explanatory classes will discuss the concepts and their application based on textbooks and articles related to this topics. Class participation is highly taken into account. The following class, in the same week, a case‐study related to the topic will be discussed in class.
For each case we assign two groups of maximum 5/6 students. One group play the role of the Enterprise and the other group is the Consulting group. The Enterprise group has to apply the theory behind the case to justify the decisions that were taken at the time. The Consulting group has to update the case (up to 2015) and critically discuss if the decisions taken at the time it happened.
The whole class also participate by sending an individual report ( by email) of the case major issues and personal suggestion to case problems and also participating in class by questioning both groups.
Evaluation method
1. 15%‐ Individual report of the case Group Case Report (to be e‐mailed to Grader)

3. 10%‐ Class Participation in both expository and case discussion
4. 40% ‐ Final Exam (The minimal classification for approval is 8)
