Objectives
The Law has been challenged to find new formulations to try and juridically regulate and ordain social experiences, in an ongoing process of critical evalation of concepts.
Therefore, aims of this seminar are as follows:
Assim, os objectivos da cadeira são:
a)Reflect on the social construction of law, using the Portuguese migratory experience as a case study;
b)Enable the students with a proper capacity to participate in teams dealing with and \"managing\" diversity, both in public and private institutions, for profit and not for profit, national and international;
c)Enable the students with the proper capacities to carry on research projects, in a semi-autonomous way.
