Objectives
- To display and apply scientific knowledge and soft skills to the work carried out in a professional setting;
- To acquire/develop some of the soft skills required in the workplace, such as communication skills, teamwork, leadership and self-responsibility;
- To promote autonomy and stimulate creativity and innovation in response to the demands of an actual professional environment.

Subject matter
The optional internship is to take place at an institution with which FCSH formalises a specific protocol. Therefore, the contents of the internship are to be defined according to the specific institution.

Teaching method
Supervision: fieldwork at Associate Member´s premises is to be supervised by a representative of the Associate Member.
Evaluation method
The internship in itself is not subject to formal assessment, however, the work carried out by the student will be object of a written reflective report assignment to be evaluated by two members of the MA teaching staff and is worth 5 ECTS.
