Schedule
It depends on the working method of each training course. The working time for the classes will be agreed with each PhD student, or when there are more than 10 students in each year, it will be agreed with all students of the programme.
Education objectives
This Ph.D Programme, proposed under the Bologna process, aims to provide specialized training with a high standard of quality basic and applied areas of Computer Science (Computer Science) and Computer Engineering, based on the following guiding principles:
- Specialization based on a broad knowledge of IT;
- Learning in a research environment, through integration in the two research centers of the Department of Information Technology (CITI, Center);
- Fostering openness and internationalization of research;
- Application procedures for rigorous quality control.
The ultimate goal of this program will train researchers, academics, and leaders in innovation processes in fundamental and applied areas of Computer Science (Computer Science) and Computer Engineering.
