Objectives
It is intended that students develop abilities related to structural engineering, in particular:
- Application of new structural materials;
- Types of special structures;
- Constructive phasing of structures;
- Structural Control and Monitoring;
- Smart Structures;
- Analysis of structural collapses.
Students who complete the course successfully will also have demonstrated ability to master a set of tools, methods and techniques for:
- Effective implementation of a scientific paper;
- Effective implementation of a dissertation;
- Effective implementation of a scientific presentation.
