Objectives
This course provide the students with a first contact with the pratice of scientific research.
Its main goal is to give the students a chance to apply the knowledge they acquired throughout their studies to solving concrete research problems, and this way learn by doing.
Prerequisites
Students must have at least 140 ECTS and a global average of at least 14.5 grades.
Subject matter
Solution of a research problem, and write-up of a concise report describing the problem, the approach, and the results of the work.
The concrete research problem to be addressed will be defined by the supervisor''''''''s proposal.
Bibliography
Selected readings, to be defined by the proposal''s supervisor.
Teaching method
Research work under the guidance of an advisor.
Write-up of a final report, also under the guidance of the advisor.
