Teaching method
This course will be taught theory and practice and follows a methodology based on project based learning, case study and non-formal education. Active participation in theoretical and practical classes is essential.
Theoretical Classes
Students learn the tools they need to plan and execute their project and are also exposed to different examples of organizations and social enterprises. Students will have access to the theoretical or introductory notebooks the previous week to allow more interactive classes, as well as the possibility to bring questions or doubts. Some theoretical modules will be given by guest speakers, Accenture or others. Students should take the opportunity to ask questions about the subject or their professional / personal interest, whenever they wish.
Practical classes
Active participation in all classes is essential. In the first half of the semester we intend to consolidate the tools learned through application and experimentation. In the second half practical classes are compulsory but available for students to work in groups.
