Evaluation method

Assessment:

The assessment system of the Clinical Clerkship is grounded on the marks of each rotation followed by the public discussion of a final report. The final report includes all the partial reports and a reflexive summary. The public discussion of the final report requires that students have successfully completed all partial rotations during the 6th year.

The calculation of the final grade of the Clinical Clerkship is done by the weighted average (using ECTS) of the marks obtained in all partial rotations plus the final report. The final grade is calculated by the next formula:

(S x 8) + (GO x 6) + (M x 9) + (GFM x 6) + (P x 7) + (MH x 6) + (FR x 12)

                                                           54

S = Surgery

GO = Gynaecology and Obstetrics

M = Medicine

FM = General and Family Medicine

P = Pediatrics

The partial rotations may be made under mobility programs, provided that the final probation report is presented and discussed necessarily in the NOVA Medical School | FCM-UNL.
