Teaching method

All topics of the program are subject to one or more lectures, intersected with the same number of classes. Each lecture explains the concepts, theoretical framework, models and approaches. In the lectures the students are encouraged to interact and question wich each other and mainly with the teatcher.
The practical lessons work the understanding, discussion, and oral and written expression, as well as experience and adoption into organizational reality. The classes are organized around cases delivered throughout the semester, that must be previously read, serving for the discussion and feedback upon structured questions. Groups present and get feedback to improve the quality of their reasoning and work. The cases will help the students to aplly and relate concepts, to understand the practical apllication of the knowledge and to dicuss and decide within the group.

Evaluation method

The evaluation results of a written test at the end of the semester (50%) plus the evaluation of the written cases (50%).
