Teaching method
Oral theoretical lectures.
Practical lessons in the lab with practical group work and individual research.
Evaluation method
This course adopts the continuous evaluation method.
The frequency is obtained with the presence and participation at the practical classes throughout the semester, a minimum of 2/3 of the classes taught.
The practical component of the course is assessed by a set of two practical individual exercises (20%+40% of the final grade). Students who do not deliver the practical assignments will automatically be rejected for lack of attendance.
The theoretical component is evaluated by performing a test at the end of the semester (15% of the final grade), a group paper (15% of the final grade) and a group of questions the students must answer at the end of the theoretical lectures (10% of the final grade).
Students approved and with frequency in the practical component, but who aren’t approved in the theoretical evaluation have access to a written exam.
Students who are disapproved in the practical component, even if approved in the theoretical evaluation, must repeat the course, not having access to the written resource exam.
