Objectives
- Identify and analyze the impact of information technology (IT) on competitive advantage;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of different types of IS;
- Evaluate the strategic options and the ways in which the business and IS strategies can be aligned and integrated;
- Demonstrate how to apply appropriate technological systems and infrastructures to support a business IS solution;
- Understand how can IS support managerial decision making;
- Evaluate the organizational, managerial, and technical factors involved in the successful implementation of e-business.
Prerequisites
